Aircraft Maintenance TechnicianTheory Training

Program Highlights

In partnership with the CCAA, this program counts as an “acceptable” basic training program for Transport Canada licensing purposes (Pending). The program is completely online, available 24/7 allowing you to proceed at your own pace and at the times convenient for you. Except for the quizzes and tests, you can exit the training at any point and pickup where you left off when you next log in. The maintenance program consists of approximately 1,747 hours of training in 142 courses.

  • This course does not include practical training. To sit the Transport Canada Licensing exams, you still must have a minimum of 48 months civil aviation maintenance experience, including completion of specific maintenance tasks tracked in a logbook and certified by a licensed AME.
  • Successful completion of this course does not exempt you from taking the Transport Canada technical exams in addition to the regulatory exam.

Aircraft Structures Technician Training

Program Highlights

In partnership with the CCAA, this program counts as an “acceptable” basic training program for Transport Canada licensing purposes. The structures program consists of approximately 646 hours of training in 55 courses.

  • Successful completion of this course does not exempt you from taking the Transport Canada technical exams in addition to the regulatory exam.
